Crobster Roll

Ingredients: 

1 lb Lobster Meat (knuckle & claw)
1 lb Snow Crab Meat (leg)
1 cup Mayonnaise (NOT Miracle Whip)
¼ cup Grainy Mustard
1 tbsp White Truffle Oil
1 Lemon, zest only
1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Method: 

Mix all the ingredients and season to taste. Place mixture in a buttered & heated-up bun (brioche/hot dog) and serve.
