Sea Salt Caramel

Ingredients: 

1 cup Butter
¾ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Corn Syrup
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 pinch Coarse Sea Salt

Method: 

Melt the butter over medium-high heat, stir in the brown sugar and corn syrup, add in the condensed milk, bring to a boil and allow to cook for 5 to 7 minutes until thick and golden brown, stir continuously.

Tastes great as an ice cream topping.
