Chef Alain Bosse, the Kilted Chef

There’s no easier time to buy local than right now in Nova Scotia! This time of year, there’s an abundance of local product and produce available.

To show you just how easy it is, we’re hitting the road with Chef Alain Bosse, the Kilted Chef, to cook up some delightful dishes!

On Tuesday, October 18, we’ll be in Pubnico to give out some delicious “Clubnico” sandwiches. Join us at the West Pubnico Fire Hall (897 Highway 335) between 11 am and 1 pm!

If you can’t make it to Pubnico don’t worry, we have one last event planned for Dartmouth. Join us at the Alderney Landing Ferry Terminal on Thursday, October 20, from 4 pm to 6 pm, to enjoy Chef Alain’s spin on a classic: “Dartghetti and Meatballs”!
