Ingredients:
0.5 oz. simple syrup*
2 dashes Compass Grapefruit & Hops Bitters
2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
2 oz. Compass Aged Gin
Garnish: orange zest
Method:
In a mixing glass, add syrup, bitters, and gin.
Add ice. Stir until well chilled.
Fine strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice or one large ice cube.
Garnish with orange zest.
*Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
Pour equal parts hot water over sugar and stir until dissolved. Store in a clean jar and refrigerate for up to four weeks.
