Fog Horn

Craft Cocktails by Select Nova Scotia


2 oz. JD Shore White Rum
2 oz. haskap juice (or Nova Scotia blueberry juice*)
1 oz. lime juice
0.5 oz. simple syrup*
1 oz. pasteurized egg white
Garnish: 1 tsp. Tidal Salt Black Rocks


Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake until egg white emulsifies.
Add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into coupe glass.
Garnish with Tidal Salt Black Rocks.


*If using blueberry juice, remove simple syrup so drink is not overly sweet.


*Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water) 
Pour equal parts hot water over sugar and stir until dissolved. Store in a clean jar and refrigerate for up to four weeks.
