3 cups(750mL) shredded cabbage
2 large Honeycrisp apples, grated
1 medium carrot, grated
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced thin
2 green onions, chopped
1-2 Tbsp (15 -30mL) lemon juice
1/2 cup (125mL) brown sugar
1/3 cup (75mL) mayonnaise
1.Place lemon juice, brown sugar and mayonnaise in a salad bowl.
2, Whisk together and season to taste.
3. Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix well.
Allow to stand for 10 minutes for best flavour.
