Core the apple, then cut into small wedges. Squeeze the lemon wedge over apple slices to prevent browning. Set aside. Spoon yogurt into two martini-style glasses. Set aside. Melt the butter in a small frying pan. Once melted, sauté the apple wedges until they start to turn colour.
Add the maple syrup and bring to a quick boil. While stirring, add the pinch of sea salt. Spoon the apple wedges on top of the yogurt and top with granola. Finish by pouring the remaining pan liquid over top. Serve and enjoy.
Recipe Twist: Change things up by using different granola mixes or a different variety of Nova Scotia apple.
