Love you to the Moon

Craft Cocktails by Select Nova Scotia


1.5 oz. Compass Moonshine
1.5 oz. unsweetened Nova Scotia cherry juice
1 oz. pasteurized egg white
0.5 oz. lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup*
Garnish: wheel of lime zest


Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake until egg white emulsifies.
Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into rocks glass full of fresh ice and garnish with lime zest wheel.


*Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
Pour equal parts hot water over sugar and stir until dissolved. Store in a clean jar and refrigerate for up to four weeks.
