Maple Cream Icing

Ingredients: 

1- 4 oz (125 g) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp (16mL) maple syrup
1 1/2 cups (375mL) icing sugar

Method: 

  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together cream cheese and maple syrup until smooth with a hand mixer.
  2. Gradually beat in icing sugar until smooth.
