3 cups (750mL) sliced carrots
2 Tbsp (25mL) pure maple syrup
1 Tbsp (15mL) melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
- In a saucepan, cook the carrots until they are tender crisp, approximately 10 minutes.Drain the cooked carrots.
- In a small bowl, blend together the maple syrup and butter.
- Add the maple syrup mixture to drained carrots and stir to coat.
