Mix first six ingredients (lamb, egg, dry bread crumbs, curry paste, salt, pepper). Form 4 patties and grill on barbeque until well done (170 degrees F/ 77 degrees C). Serve on buns with local gouda cheese and grilled zucchini.
Instead of pressing the ingredients into a patty, roll them into balls and bake on wax paper in a pan to create savoury meatballs. They’re a great addition to any spaghetti dish!
