The Trapped Lobster

Ingredients: 

1 oz. Ironworks Vodka
1 oz. Ironworks Rhubarb Liqueur
1 oz. simple syrup*
1/2 fresh lime
Propeller Ginger Beer
Garnish: fresh mint leaves

Method: 

Fill a copper mug with crushed ice.
Add vodka, rhubarb liqueur, simple syrup, and squeeze fresh lime on top.
Top with giner beer and add more crushed ice.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

 

*Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water) 
Pour equal parts hot water over sugar and stir until dissolved. Store in a clean jar and refrigerate for up to four weeks.
